I don’t want you to think that I believe that all of the Bible is useless, but it is challenging to sort through it and find the errors and the truth, which is also why I believe that God is so much more than this book can even define, we are limited to human knowledge and flaws in this place, and not one of us is perfect. I do think that God did use some men to help us learn about Him, and about the History of this place, to give us guidance on how to live here and how to love. God Himself being love is unable to hate, and the destruction that is caused in so much of the Bible was not of His creation, but of Lucifer and his fallen angel’s invasion of this earth. Which in turn means, like us the angels where given free will as well. They will be punished to some degree I’m guessing, because they were with God, saw God’s power and majesty first hand and still wanted power and to overthrow their own creator.
We are given power as well, but 95% of Christians at least in the U.S. will never access that because their knowledge of the truth and their faith in God is weak. Religion in and of itself is a cage that so many will be trapped in all their lives. People don’t have to be trapped and the way we are taught keeps us caged until we are willing to break free from that cage. We are taught that sin separates us from God, but that’s not true, nothing can separate us from God and the love of God. Christ death was not in vain, because He came to save all of humanity (all meaning all) some are just not aware of this, because they are taught the lies of this world and Lucifer’s deceit or they have Bible bashing Christians (I know there are well meaning Christians out there to) that have abused and scared them away from God mentally.
I am not religious, I am a seeker of truth and if I had to claim something I’d say I’m spiritual, because I am continuously growing and learning in my relationship with the Spirit which our Creator provided for this world. I do believe that Christ is the Son of God sent for here for us, to show us the overwhelming amount of love God is and has for all of us. Though, it’s possible some will fall in to a place of discipline or renewing of the mind, once this life is over, they will not be there forever and I do not believe that God allows demons to torture people. If He were to allow demons to torture people, that would be Him allowing the bad guys to have even more control over us and more power, but that makes no sense if you really think about it. Why would He reward those that have gone against Him knowing Him face to face. Did He not cast them beneath the earth already into chains? So, at some point He would just release them to have the joys, which it would be to them, to torture His most precious children, the ones made in His own image?
I have researched about these things in other blog post namely the ones about Hell and Jonah, which you can find in my list of blog post should you be interested to read more about that. As always, pray before you dig into anything, trust God will guide you and learn to think and question things, instead of using my pastor said or it’s in the Bible and that settles it. Research this book that has become an idol to so many. The Bible is a historical document that helps us see what happened in the past and even some of what will happen in the future, but there are flaws, I assure you of that. Seek and you will find, you can even start seeking to prove me wrong or to prove the Bible right, however you choose to do so, seek and you will find truth, but you will never find it if you stay in the little box you are told to stay in. Christ was considered a rebel, and I will walk in faith and be a rebel just as He was. Your faith and your road are your choice in this matter. May peace and grace be with you in reading this and in your life, God Bless and I hope that you learn something great from this study.
Matthew 7 talks about many things, Do Not Judge Others, Asking and seeking after God, True and false prophets, True and false disciples, the wise and the foolish builders, but I had someone ask about the Narrow and Wide gates spoken of in Matthew 7: 13-14. The topic that was being talked about was, is the Bible perfect in every word, or is it filled with translated errors, theology, and indoctrination from centuries of men putting in their thoughts and opinions by way of utilizing different words in the Greek and Hebrew languages as the books came together.
I have not researched this verse for errors before, but before I delve into this, I want to recap on some other issues in the Bible and point out a couple errors to show there are indeed errors. There is no logical way that anything that man has had his hand on in this world, is perfect, only God can create perfection. The Bible that is used mostly today is the KJV (King James Version).
First off, let’s talk a little about King James.
The King James Version
King James I, who commissioned the King James Version translation, was undoubtedly homosexual. It was whispered that “Elizabeth was King: Now James is Queen.”
James I was responsible for reaffirming the Buggery Act of 1533, which criminalized sodomy in the UK. (Sodomy which was deemed a term for homosexuals, after being indoctrinated into the Bible, sometime after Sodom was destroyed, people made it appear as though that was why it was destroyed, but the truth is not so, and you can find the truth by reading in the book of Jasher.) However, James I had several well-documented homosexual relationships. Although he had eight children with his wife, Anne of Denmark, they eventually decided to live apart. In 1607 he met Robert Carr, then age 17, at a joust, and had an on-going relationship with him for nearly a decade, which ended in a messy breakup. In 1614, he started a relationship with George Villiers, a commoner, eventually making him Duke of Buckingham in 1623. In 1624, James wrote Villiers a letter in which he asked “whether you loved me now…better than at the time I shall never forget at Farham, where the bed’s head could not be found between the master and his dog.”
Do more digging about this if you would like, but the Bible you hold so dear to you and the version of it that’s translation, was approved by a gay man, one that many Christians today would throw hate words towards or send them the phrases you are going to hell or you are an abomination to God. Which is, the main reasons why many people who are gay have a burning hate for Christians and God.
Enoch and Jasher are Scripture
There is one thing that most Christians are clueless about, they simply over look so many things, because that is what they are told to do and they are good followers, that never question anything, I know, I used to be one. One of the things that hinders them is the Bible itself, it is the only book they are willing to read and will deny any errors or contradictions through and through. This poses a problem for them and gives a great deal of control to the devil himself. If you are unaware of history, history will repeat itself, and that is where many of us that God has raised up to speak come in. The Bible says, as in the days of Noah, but they have no clue what the days of Noah where like, because they refuse to read the books of Enoch and Jasher, two very important books and keys to the scripture that have been separated from the Bible. Here are some things you should know about Enoch and Jasher, and why you should read them.
If you believe as I do that much of the scriptures (minus the mistranslated and indoctrinated errors) are divinely inspired by God, God seems to be endorsing these two books. As we are told, in the mouth of two or three witnesses you can establish if a thing is true are not. Note, that if you do a comparison with Jasher and Genesis, you will find that Genesis is just a summed up version of Jasher, it has been stripped of a lot of detailed information.
Jasher means (Hebrew) “upright”, true, just account
The name refers to the fact that the record, facts, and history are upright, correct, and thus trustworthy.
It is referenced in:
Joshua 10:13 So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself on its enemies, as it is written in the Book of Jashar.
2 Samuel 1:18 and he ordered that the people of Judah be taught this lament of the bow (it is written in the Book of Jashar):
2 Timothy 3:8 Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these teachers oppose the truth.
Inferred here talking about Jannes and Jambres who opposed Moses. The only way Paul could have known this is through the book of Jasher.
Enoch was considered scripture and has been in and out of the Bible several times.
- There are at least a hundred references in the New Testament that find precedence nowhere else in the Bible except the book of Enoch
- Quoted by Jesus, Peter, and Jude
- Widely known and read in the 1st Century
- Viewed as Scripture by early Church Fathers
- Still in Ethiopian Coptic Bible
- Found in Dead Sea Scrolls
- The word of the blessing of Enoch, how he blessed the elect and the righteous, who were to exist in the time of trouble [day of Tribulation]; rejecting all the wicked and ungodly. Enoch, a righteous man, who was (1) with God, answered and spoke, while his eyes were open, and while he saw a holy vision in the heavens. This the angels showed me. 2. From them I heard all things, and understood what I saw; that which will not take place in this generation, but in a generation which is to succeed at a distant period (also stated as remote [future]), on account of the elect.
These books together tell us more about the fallen angels which is needed for a time like we are living in. God has preserved these books for us. To help us learn about the past, so we are better able to combat the efforts of the fallen angels today and in the future.
We are told that 1/3 of the angels fell with Lucifer, other than that we don’t know much from the 66 books. The Bible refers to giants, but most people do not make the connection between the fallen angel children they made with humans, that are called the Nephilim. We do know that the serpent is Lucifer. In Genesis 3:13-15 He deceived Adam and Eve and God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, Cursed are you above all livestock and all wild animals! You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your life. And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.”
You just read that as I did, and I have read it many times, but did you really notice that it said that the devil has offspring! The fallen angels came down and chose wives for themselves, they forced them to be with them, and this did not seem to be an agreement with the women.
The angels are also referred to as the sons of God in Genesis, some pastors are taught that they are the sons of Cain and the good ones are the sons of Seth. That is not correct. Cousins don’t produce 17’ to 36’ foot giants. These were fallen angels come down to take human women. The Amorites where known to start at about 35’.
If you want to know more watch this lecture by Rob Skiba:
Now that I’ve shown you two things that are problematic with this so called perfect book let’s look into the question. To clarify this, when I say there are errors, that does not mean that every single verse has an error, though it could very well be taken out of context or the meaning could have changed to something different over time and it no longer means what the actual writers meant for it to mean. This would be because of theological changes and indoctrination over the centuries of Lucifer and his clan trying to lead God’s people astray from the truth, which they have done well, but God raised up those that would fight for His cause and seek His truth and not the truth of man. Even the Bible speaks of those that would rise up in the end.
The Narrow and Wide Gates
13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
My first thoughts on these two sentences are that destruction is the destruction of the life we are given in this place, because our minds are seemingly separated from God. Even though this may be the case, God sent His Son to save all, not some or just the good ones, all. If you think about it, if you don’t follow the laws God gave us, like don’t murder for example, it leads to bad things happening. If you murder, you destroy a life and in turn yours could very well be destroyed too. God wants us to carry with us the freedom, love, and life He has given us here, and not waste it, He does not want us to destroy ourselves in this life, being mentally apart from Him.
Now let’s take a look at the history of things surrounding these verses.
Calvinism or Arminianism? Why Even the Most Intelligent Fall Into Error. (Even the elect will be deceived.)
Calvinism: God’s power extends over our will (irresistible grace).
Arminianism: Christ died for all. God saves all who come to him. God’s power does not interfere with free will, yet His love extends to all.
Both of these viewpoints are clinging onto a certain truth of scripture and then logically deducing the rest. Calvinism is clinging onto the truth that God is all powerful (irresistible grace). God can orchestrate your salvation by manipulating circumstances to bring your will in line with his. Arminianism is clinging to the truth that Christ died for all and God gave us free will. Neither one is wrong about these starting points, yet due to the assumption that only a few are saved in the end, we find these two theological paradigms diametrically opposed. Jesus did not say a few were saved, but rather that only a few find their way to life (truth) in this age, while many take the road to destruction (the destruction of ourselves here in this world). He essentially said only a few take the road to life in this age, while many take the road to death:
|“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at: “|
So many will go through the renewing of their minds to know God, and there will be fewer to have a true understanding of God and are not mentally separated from God. Yet, Calvin believed many will go to an eternal hell. Therefore, if we start with irresistible grace, and God is just, we find that Christ could only have died for the elect, as God does not save all.
Arminius saw this as a paradox, in that God would condemn someone from creation to go to an eternal hell. So, he started with the doctrine that Christ died for all and it is free will that leads some to eternal damnation.
However, let me ask you something. What if they both started with the assumption that God saves all eventually, either by their choosing Christ through free will (via God bringing them to faith) or by corrective action (via God using Hades to bring them to faith or full understanding)?
Calvin and Arminius Combined with the assumption God saves all humankind: Christ died for all. God is all powerful and can influence anyone to repentance, yet it is by our free will. Some come to faith in this life. Some come to faith through corrective discipline. God is all powerful, so he is wise enough to bend all wills, whether it is through this age or the next.
If one realizes the assumption of eternal torment is in error, the theology of both can become harmonious. Neither Calvin nor Arminius were incorrect in their starting points. Yet, both made some false conclusion when developing their theologies, as they assumed “eternal torment” for the unbeliever.
So, we can see, if we have even one false assumption, we can create large theological rifts within the church.
It could also be seen, that annihilationist as a potential paradigm, where God saves most, yet others suffer eternal punishment. In a sense, it seems to mirror our own worldly justice system of putting people in prison. Yet, God would know how to best bring people to faith, even if it has to be through corrective punishment.
So, there are paradigms that have created this chaos that is Christianity today and those were two examples of that, Catholicism, would be another and several other denominations are spinoffs of the two above, along with Catholicism. For example, Baptists are a spinoff of Calvinism and Methodist I believe are a spinoff of Catholics. There should only be one faith, but there are so many that just as they were all construed and created by the mislead elect, they are missing who God truly is and how He is with His creation.
Now to hit on this topic a little deeper. Is it possible for us to be separated from God? We need to realize just how loving of a God created each of us, and how it is impossible to be separated from God.
The track many Christians used that approached me when I was younger and even today is based on sin and separation from God. My so called sin, or the one they always choose to pick with me, is my being born gay which I’ve learned from my studies, is not a sin at all. They say that because of the way I was born and because I’m unable to be with a man, that I’m living in sin and that I will go to hell if I don’t stop living my life, in this way. They told me that this sin separated me from God and until I chose to rid myself of it, and say the sinner’s prayer, I would be bound for hell fire and damnation. Which denies the finished work of Christ.
The idea that is tossed at people, is that there is a great gulf between God and sinful humanity, and Jesus fills that gulf, as long as you repent of your sins and say the sinner’s prayer. We have all seen the picture of two cliffs with humanity on side and God on the other, with the cross/Christ laid between the two. We are God’s creation, so how can we be separated from God? As I just said, this idea of separation, denies the finished work of Jesus Christ. I won’t deny that sin has consequences, but how can anything be more powerful than God, our mistakes aren’t powerful enough to rip us out of God’s hands. This is why I believe that all of humanity, those knowing God now and those who will not know Him until after death, will be reconciled to Him. Those who do not know Him, will be sent through a refiners fire, which is not a literal fire, but one in which we do not understand that is in essence the glory and power of God. They will be there for Aionos, which means for a time.
If man were separated from God, that would make man a God which is pagan and called dualism. This separation from God is not Christian, its pagan Greek philosophy. This idea of separation from God, comes from Isaiah 59:2 which states, “But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear.” Our sins have cause us to be unable to see God, but this does not mean that God we are separated from Him. I agree God hates sin, that’s what put Jesus on the cross, but that doesn’t mean we are separated from our creator. The people became blind because of sin which is true, and there was no peace to be found. So in verses 59:15-16 God took action for His people.
Truth is nowhere to be found, and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey. The Lord looked and was displeased that there was no justice.16 He saw that there was no one, he was appalled that there was no one to intervene; so his own arm achieved salvation for him, and his own righteousness sustained him.
We need to throw out this Greek philosophy of dualism, it’s not biblical, and again, it’s pagan.
16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.
Notice it says all things four times, if you need any more reassurance, I don’t know what to tell you. Paul was talking to pagans in Acts 17 when he said this, not Christians.
Acts 17: 28 ‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’
So, this doesn’t apply only to those who believe, because Christ holds all things together, and we deny His power, grace, and mercy when we say otherwise. The only true separation that the Bible talks about is in our minds, it’s us that believes we are separate from God, when in truth we are never separate from God.
Colossians 1: 21 Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. 22 But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation,
You cannot be separated from God, it is truly impossible. So in Matthew 7 when it talks about destruction, it’s basically the mental alienation from God that people choose, it’s not because of sin per say though He does warn us of sin many times and there are consequences when we sin. We need to have self-control and not be swayed by those that would lead us away from the truth of God.
Christ did what He did on that cross for all of humanity, He is the last Adam. Your belief does not seal the deal with Christ, Christ sealed the deal for all of us already by His actions on this earth and giving His life for His people. God said that Jesus’s life and death would not be in vain. Thus, all would be saved, the moment that He said, “It is finished.” It’s about Him, not about us, Rom. 5:8 “even as we were still sinners, Christ still died for us.” Read these verses:
Romans 5: 6 You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. 7 Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5: 10 For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! 11 Not only is this so, but we also boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.
Do you not see in that statement that Christ saved us all, He rescued a fallen humanity and made us all a new creation in Himself? Christ died for the ungodly, see. While we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to Him through the death of his Son, it said WHILE, not after we said a prayer or once we stopped sinning completely, while we were God’s enemies. That is the gospel, that is what Christians miss, it’s not just for those who believe a certain way, or those who do their best to be right on the narrow path, it’s for all. There is no hell fire and damnation, if this does exist it’s not for God’s people, it was created for the devil and his angels like it states in Matthew 25:41.
Your unbelief does not change what Christ accomplished for all humanity on that cross, and your belief does not seal the deal, you are not more powerful than God to be able to complete this on your own, Christ and Christ alone sealed the deal.
Yes, this world would be a better place and our lives would be better if we were to all follow along that narrow path, but that path is the path that Christ walked and tried to show us and it leads to life here and in the next life when we get new physical bodies. The problem is that we are not perfect, we are temped in many ways, and we still fail. We who know God, and have a heart for God strive to do the best we can and strive to learn to love God and people, but we will fail and every time we do, that beautiful strong hand of Christ will be right there to help us back up if we want it. He is waiting for us, life would be more fulfilling if we all saw the truth, but not all do and religion causes division among the people. For us to truly see God, we have to cast religion away and just get to know our Creator.
Where sin increases, Grace increases even more. The truth does set you free, once you know and learn what it is that is true. Instead of living your life stressed and walking on eggshells form messing up, you can live your life knowing that when you make a mistake, you are already forgiven. One of our greatest issues is that we don’t forgive ourselves, we carry a burden that Christ Himself said, and if you would believe that you would not have to carry. It’s already there present and waiting for every single one of us, but not all will find and know that freedom. Many will live on the dark side or without the truth of God and they will carry their own weight because they don’t know they are already saved in Christ.
7 Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? 8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. 9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, 10 even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. 11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,” 12 even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you.
3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
Hebrews 13: 5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”
Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Romans 8: 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” 37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
This union with God is inseparable, and this is the Gospel and the truth about Grace.
